Suspect Flees On Foot After South SF Bank Robbery
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) - A male suspect jumped a bank counter and stole money from a South San Francisco bank Thursday morning, police said.
The suspect entered the Comerica Bank, located at 401 Grand Ave., at 10:42 a.m., according to police.
He then jumped over the teller counter and stole an undisclosed amount of money from the teller stations, police said.
The suspect, described only as wearing dark clothing and a mask, then fled on foot and was last seen running on Maple Avenue toward Baden Avenue.
No weapon was seen during the robbery and no injuries were reported, according to police.
The FBI was notified and responded to the scene, police said.
