SuperLotto Ticket Worth $33 Million Sold In Walnut Creek
WALNUT CREEK (CBS SF) - A $33 million jackpot is waiting to be claimed by someone who purchased a winning SuperLotto Plus ticket in Walnut Creek, state lottery officials announced Thursday.
The ticket was purchased at the Shell gas station at 1790 Ygnacio Valley Road, near Heather Farm Park, lotto officials said.
The vendor will receive $165,000 for selling the winning ticket.
The winning numbers drawn Wednesday for the SuperLotto Plus were 1, 2, 3, 22, 34 and Mega No. 8.
The lucky winner has 180 days from the date of the draw to claim the hefty prize.
The last SuperLotto Plus jackpot winner in December also hailed from the Bay Area, with a $23 million win out of South San Francisco, lottery officials said.
