Storm Brings Lightning Strikes To East Bay
LIVERMORE (CBS SF) -- The Bay Area's first storm of the season brought dozens of lightning strikes Monday.
Chopper 5 captured an image of horizontal lightning, or cloud-to-air lightning around 4 p.m. while flying over the East Bay.
The storm also brought hail to Napa, where a layer of ice was left on roads.

The slopes of the Sierra were blanketed in fresh snow thanks to the storm.
