Stanford Men Rally Late, But Lose To Oklahoma State

STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) -- Keiton Page made a key 3-pointer just before the halftime buzzer and then scored the rest of his 23 points in the second half to lead Oklahoma State past Stanford 79-68 Tuesday night for its seventh straight win.

After putting the Cowboys ahead just before halftime, Page hit two more 3s early in the second half as Oklahoma State outscored the Cardinal 20-7 to take control of the game.

Stanford (6-4) cut a 14-point deficit down to six in the final 2 minutes, but Page hit another 3-pointer and the Cowboys (11-1) were able to close it out from the free-throw line.

Josh Owens matched his career-best with 21 points to lead the Cardinal, Jeremy Green scored 17 and Aaron Bright added a career-high 12 points off the bench.
