Southbound Highway 101 Reopened After Deadly Multi-Vehicle Accident
SAN JOSE (CBS SF) -- All lanes of southbound U.S. Highway 101 just north of Blossom Hill Road in San Jose have reopened following a fatal accident Saturday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A report of an accident involving at least four vehicles was reported shortly before 2 a.m., the CHP said.
A Sig-alert was issued at 2:47 a.m. and all lanes reopened around 4:35 a.m., according to the CHP.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
