Dell and Sutton were killed while sitting in a parked car in the 1600 block of 72nd Avenue at 6:06 a.m. when someone approached the vehicle and shot them.
Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
Police also identified the victim in a Monday night fatal shooting in the Dimond District as 26-year-old Herron A. Adams Jr., of Oakland.

In an unrelated incident at nearby 90th Avenue and International Boulevard, a 14-year-old girl was injured by shattered glass when someone opened fire at the car she was sitting in, according to Watson.
The incident happened between 9 and 10 p.m., shortly after the shooting at Harry's Drive-In Liquor.
A man shot and killed while sitting outside of a home on Tuesday afternoon also remains unidentified.
That shooting was reported in the 1500 block of 57th Avenue at 2:42 p.m., police said.
