Small Quake Strikes El Cerrito Area
EL CERRITO (CBS SF) - A 2.3-magnitude earthquake was reported in El Cerrito this morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The quake was reported at 7:55 a.m. and had a depth of 5.2 miles.
The temblor was centered at the Mira Vista Golf & Country Club in the northern part of the city, according to the USGS.

The quake came just over a week after a magnitude 4.0 quake hit the same area. Residents reported feeling that earthquake throughout the Bay Area.
