Search For Suspect Who Robbed Bank Inside Oakley Supermarket
OAKLEY (CBS SF) Police were attempting to locate a man who robbed a Bank of America branch inside a Lucky's supermarket in Oakley on Wednesday.
Officers were dispatched to a report of a robbery at the small bank branch inside the grocery store at 2545 Main St. around 2:55 p.m., police Chief Bani Kollo said.
A short time earlier, a man had entered the store and robbed it "via threat of a weapon," the chief said. He made off with an unknown amount of cash and has not been located.
