Schwarzenegger Reportedly Still Hoping To Make Presidential Run
SACRAMENTO (CBS SF) - Former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger is shooting down rumors that he has his eye on the White House in 2016.
The New York Post reported that Schwarzenegger has been quietly lobbying to find a legal loophole in the Constitution that would allow him to run for president.
The actor was born in Austria, and candidates are required to be natural born United States citizens.
Schwarzenegger has said in the past that he would run for president if he were allowed.
Since leaving the state house in Sacramento, Schwarzenegger has started a think tank, released a tell-all book and resumed his film career.
