San Jose Police Say Friday Shooting/Stabbing Were Gang-Related
SAN JOSE (CBS SF) -- A 16-year-old boy and a 32-year-old man were both shot and another 16-year-old boy was stabbed in San Jose Friday afternoon, police said.
Officers received a 911 call at about 3:50 p.m. regarding the shootings and stabbing that happened in the 3700 block of Woodcreek Lane.
The teen who was stabbed is expected to survive his injuries, as is the 32-year-old man, according to police. The extent of injuries to the 16-year-old gunshot victim were unknown.
The incident is believed to be gang related, according to a
preliminary investigation by the San Jose Police Department.
No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
