Man Shot Dead in East San Jose Neighborhood
SAN JOSE (CBS SF) -- A person was shot and killed in San Jose Wednesday afternoon, police said.
The shooting happened just after 1 p.m. on the 3300 block of Holly Dr., according to the San Jose Police Department.
Officers arrived to find one male victim with at least one gunshot wound and began life-saving measures until paramedics arrived. He was later pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
There was no information about possible suspects or a motive. The victim's identity was withheld pending notification of family.
It was the city's 30th homicide of 2021.
