Police Find Unharmed Toddler Inside Car Linked To San Jose Murder-Suicide
SAN JOSE (CBS SF) -- A toddler was found unharmed inside a parked vehicle believed to belong to one of the victims of an apparent murder-suicide that occurred at a San Jose shopping center Saturday morning, police said.
Officers responded to the shopping center in the 1000 block of East Capitol Expressway at about 9:30 a.m. after receiving reports of a shooting, police spokesman Officer Jose Garcia said.
The man and the woman each had at least one gunshot wound and were pronounced dead at the scene, Garcia said.
The female child found in the vehicle was taken into protective custody by Santa Clara County Child Protective Services, police said.

Police and the Santa Clara County medical examiner's office are investigating the relationship between the victims.
An eyewitness said both victims appeared to have been shot in the head.
