San Jose Man Found Stabbed
SAN JOSE (CBS SF) -- Police in San Jose are investigating a stabbing that took place in the city early Sunday morning.
Officers went to a home in the 2700 block of Wilbur Avenue after residents found blood around the outside of their door about 4:40 a.m., San Jose police Officer Jose Garcia said.
As police were investigating the report, a call came in from a nearby home in the 2500 block of Sierra Grande Way, where residents reported an injured man had been at their door asking for help.
Arriving officers found a man suffering numerous stab wounds, Garcia said.
The victim was taken to a hospital and is expected to survive, Garcia said.
It had not been determined if the stabbing was gang related.
