San Francisco Woman Sentenced To More Than 6 Years In Prison For Selling Crack Cocaine
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- A San Francisco woman was sentenced earlier this week to more than six years in prison for possession of crack cocaine with the intent to distribute, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
Thomasha Mayfield, 39, pleaded guilty to the charge in January and was sentenced to 74 months in prison on Tuesday, prosecutors said.
Mayfield was initially indicted on seven drug trafficking charges in January 2013 along with 47-year-old Tony Patton, of San Mateo. Patton pleaded guilty in June and was sentenced in September.
Prosecutors said Mayfield admitted to distributing approximately 472 grams of crack cocaine on numerous occasions between 2008 and 2010.
