San Francisco police searching for 4-year-old allegedly kidnapped by relative

San Francisco police said they are searching for a 4-year-old who was kidnapped by a relative early Tuesday morning. 

Officers received a report of a possible kidnapping around 1:30 a.m. on the 1100 block of Mission Street. 

Police said officers at the scene talked to a man whose 4-year-old daughter, Fatima Abuzahra, was taken from their home.

According to police, she was taken by a 30-year-old relative, Enas Birawi, without her father knowing or his consent. 

His daughter and Birawi were last seen near the 600 block of Eddy Street, police said. They believe Birawi may be staying in a hotel in the area and could be with her 8-year-old son.

Fatima Abuzahra is described as 4 feet, 2 inches, 50 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes, and she was last seen wearing a pink pajama sweater and tan pants.

Enas Birawi is described as 5 feet, 1 inch in height, 200 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes, and she was last seen wearing a black jacket and gray pants, carrying a burgundy suitcase. 

Her son was last seen wearing a red sweatshirt and black pants.
