San Francisco Fire Officials Investigate Recent Dumpster Fires
SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS) — San Francisco fire officials say there has been a rash of dumpsters set on fire by one or more arsonists over the last few weeks, most of which have occurred in the South of Market area.
Two charred dumpsters current sit against the wall near the service entrance of a building at First and Tehama streets where a fire was set early Tuesday morning.

Surveillance cameras that point down Tehama Street may provide investigators with clues for who is setting the string dumpster fires that the Fire Department has been putting out the last few weeks. So far they say that no one has been injured and no structure damage has occurred.
Early Thursday morning, another fire was set at 16th and Hoff Streets in the Mission District.
