San Francisco fire crews rescue 1 person from residential fire
San Francisco firefighters rescued one person after a fire broke out at a home Saturday night.
The fire happened on the 300 block of Hanover Street, and it was first reported around 8:30 p.m.
Crews rescued one person, and according to the fire department, the victim was taken to the hospital with critical injuries.
Supervisor Ahsha Safai said crews were able to get a handle on the fire before any major damage was done, and residents in the area were able to return home safely.
