Same-Sex Couple Gets Married Live On Bay Area Morning Radio Show
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) - "By the power vested in me, by the state of California, and $35 bucks over the internet, I know pronounce you groom and groom." These were the words that legally bound Chris and Cameron Day by newly ordained Marcus Osborne of Alice@97.3's Sarah & Vinnie Morning Show.
The couple have been dating for 7 years and decided to exchange their vows in front of the morning show crew and hundreds of thousands of radio listeners.

Now that Prop 8 has been defeated and same-sex marriage is legal in the state of California, the wedding was a no-brainer and a first for Sarah Clark and Vinnie Hasson. The duo simply put it out there that they wanted to marry a gay couple. Quick on the draw, Chris & Cameron happen to be the very first email request to get through. Producers of the morning show, Bryn Nguyen, Hooman Khalili and Uzette Salazar spent, what normally would take an average couple a year in planning, in just 24 hours. Marcus Osborne then officiated the nuptials.
