SoCal GOP Official Under Fire For Anti-Hillary Tweets With Executioner
RIVERSIDE (CBS SF) – The Republican Party of Riverside County has apologized for anti-Hillary Clinton images on their verified Twitter account showing an executioner.
According to CBS Los Angeles, Corinne Parker tweeted a picture to the party's official account showing Republicans who are supporting the Democratic nominee.
In response, the Riverside County GOP tweeted images showing a bloodied hangman holding a noose, above the words, "I'm Ready for Hillary." The images were captured by the Riverside Press-Enterprise newspaper before they were deleted.

The newspaper reported that party official Nathan Miller posted the tweet. He has since resigned his post as an advisor to Board of Equalization member Diane Harkey, but remained listed as an executive member of the Riverside County GOP as of Friday.
The Secret Service is also reportedly investigating.
At least two other Republican officials have expressed similar sentiments in the past month. Michael Folk, a member of West Virginia's House of Delegates and a United Airlines pilot, tweeted that Clinton should be convicted for treason and murder and "hung on the Mall in Washington, DC."
The airline suspended Folk pending the results of an investigation and he has expressed "regret" for the tweet.
Duane Flowers, a GOP official in Ohio, was quoted in a newspaper saying Clinton "should be hanging from a tree." Flowers has since apologized.
