Report: Seahawk Hanging Out With Kaepernick Told Police Alleged Victim Refused To Leave
MIAMI (CBS SF) — A sports radio host has obtained new information from authorities Monday regarding a "suspicious incident" in Florida earlier this month involving three NFL players, including San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick.
The newly-released report shows Ricardo Lockette of the Seattle Seahawks called 911 when an unidentified female refused to leave his Miami apartment.

The report obtained by Miami radio host Andy Slater follows last week's news of a police report that named Kaepernick, 49ers wide receiver Quinton Patton and Lockette as being involved in an April 1 incident at Lockette's apartment in Miami, where the unidentified female couldn't explain how she ended up in the hospital after hanging out with the quarterback.
Police described the situation as a "suspicious incident", but speculation has led many to believe the investigation is sexual in nature.
Slater, a host at WINZ-AM, posted a picture of the incident search that shows the 911 call was made at 12:03 a.m. on April 2.
No charges have been filed in the incident.
