Man Shot And Killed At Funeral For Hells Angels Member In San Jose
SAN JOSE (CBS / AP) – A man was shot and killed during a funeral in San Jose for a member of the Hells Angels.
San Jose police spokesman Jose Garcia says police were called a little before 1 p.m. Saturday after of shots were heard at the Oak Hill Cemetery.

The victim was slain inside the chapel and reportedly he was a member of the Hells Angels.
Some 4,000 people attended the funeral. Police were already on the scene when the shooting occurred because a large turnout was anticipated.
Thousands of bikers were expected to ride into Oak Hill Memorial Park to honor the memory of Jeff "Jethro" Pettigrew, the president of the city's Hells Angels chapter. Pettigrew was shot to death in a gun battle at a casino in Sparks, Nevada.
Pettigrew worked as backhoe operator who paved potholes. He lost a leg in a motorcycle accident about 20 years ago.
There were no suspects or arrests in Saturday's shooting. The cemetery was shut down while police continued their investigation.
