Report Of Antioch School Bathroom Sex Assault A Hoax
ANTIOCH (CBS SF) - Antioch police said Tuesday they have determined that a Deer Valley High School student who claimed she was sexually assaulted in a school bathroom last week fabricated the story.
The girl had reported being assaulted in a restroom on the campus, located at 4700 Lone Tree Way, on Thursday afternoon.
The student later admitted to investigators that she made up the story to avoid getting in trouble for returning to school late after leaving campus to meet with a boy, police said.
