Raiders OC On Pryor: 'We're Looking For Playmakers'
OAKLAND (CBS Sports) -- It now appears that the Oakland Raiders starting quarterback job is Terrelle Pryor's to lose. He will be under center Thursday night for the team's final preseason game, and if all goes well he could remain there once the regular season begins.
"When you see Terrelle in a game, he just looks faster than the other players on the field," Raiders offensive coordinator Greg Olson said. "That's what jumped out at me, and probably jumped out at most people when they watch him play. He can run. He is a tremendous athlete, and he's got the ability to make plays. Right now we're looking for playmakers."
This comes days after coach Dennis Allen said that he's keeping an open mind about the quarterback competition. In the Raiders' third preseason game, Pryor outplayed Matt Flynn and it wasn't even close.
