2.2 Magnitude Quake Strikes Near The Geysers In Sonoma County
SANTA ROSA (CBS SF) -- An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 2.0 struck Sonoma County near The Geysers Sunday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The earthquake struck at 11:01 a.m. at a depth of about 2.2 miles, according to the USGS.
The epicenter was about 1 mile northwest of The Geysers and 26 miles north of Santa Rosa.
