Police Seek Security Camera Evidence In Murder Of San Jose Teens
SAN JOSE (KCBS)— San Jose police detectives hope security camera video will help provide leads into the murder of two teenagers in East San Jose over the weekend.
Police have no suspects or motive, but have confirmed that the two male victims were believed to be between 15 and 17 years old.The boys were found shot dead behind a Kohl's store near McKee Plaza Sunday at about 6:30 p.m.
San Jose police spokesman Albert Morales said detectives were continuing to canvass that area and are going through witness statements. McKee Plaza merchants were cooperating with the investigation.

"There were certain stores in the area out there that did have surveillance cameras. I believe the Kohl's, the McDonalds and a few of the smaller businesses, they may have had some video surveillance cameras," Morales said.
Morales said detectives are hopeful the cameras captured the suspects entering or leaving the area.
Police have identified the victim of another shooting fatality that occurred last Sunday night in South San Jose on Hayes Avenue near Oak Grove High School.
That victim was identified as 23-year-old Justin Watkins of San Jose. There are no leads in that case.
