Police Believe Death Of Man Found Dead In South San Jose Is Suspicious
SAN JOSE (CBS SF) -- The death of a man found just after 1 a.m. Saturday in South San Jose is being ruled by police as suspicious, but not considered a homicide at this point, San Jose Police Public Information Officer Albert Morales said Saturday.
The man was found with visible injuries and was pronounced dead at 2:12 a.m. in the 300 block of Indian Broom Drive, according to Morales.
As a matter of protocol, homicide detectives and the coroner have responded to the scene to investigate, Morales said.
