Person Found Dead On Interstate 80 In Vallejo
VALLEJO (BCN) -- One person was pronounced dead Wednesday evening in Vallejo on Interstate 80 for reasons that are still under investigation, a California Highway Patrol officer said.
Officers responded to reports of an incident on eastbound Interstate 80 near Tennessee Street around 9 p.m., CHP Officer Ralph Caggiano said.
A person was pronounced dead on the scene, Caggiano said, and one right lane along the highway was closed until 10:25 p.m. while officers investigated the incident.
No other information was immediately available.
