Deadly Accident Closes Westbound Lanes On Dumbarton Bridge For Hours
FREMONT (CBS SF) -- All lanes of westbound state Highway 84 at the Dumbarton Bridge in Fremont reopened Saturday morning after a pedestrian was fatally struck, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident was reported at about 10:20 p.m. on Friday and a Sigalert was issued at about 11 p.m., according to the CHP.
The highway reopened at about 1:15 a.m., the CHP said.
