Pedestrian Hit By Car Near Hayward
HAYWARD (CBS SF) -- A pedestrian was taken to a hospital after being struck by a vehicle near Hayward Monday morning, a California Highway Patrol spokesman said.
The CHP received a report at about 5:20 a.m. that a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle on Mission Boulevard at Lewelling Boulevard, Officer Dan Jacowitz said.
CHP officers remained at the scene investigating the incident.
