Palo Alto Bank Robbed By Flip-Flop Wearing Suspect
PALO ALTO (CBS SF) -- A Palo Alto bank was robbed by a man wearing flip flops Wednesday.
Police responded to a report of a robbery at a Credit Union on El Camino Real.
The suspect threatened tellers with a handgun, and fled with an unknown amount of cash.
Police said the suspect had a scar near his right eye, and fled the bank carrying a bright yellow plastic bag from Forever 21.
No other details were available.
