Officers allegedly observed illegal narcotics paraphernalia in plain view inside the stolen vehicle, but also say they found Dantes in possession of a SONDORS brand electric motorcycle in the cargo area of the Mazda. The motorcycle's registered owner was unaware it had been stolen from his home in Milpitas, according to police.

Dantes was arrested on suspicion of being in possession of a stolen vehicle, vehicle theft, and possession of illegal drug paraphernalia.
