NorCal Seeing Arrival Of 3rd Big Storm
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS/AP) -- Residents of Northern California got a little bit of a respite during the day on Saturday after two major storms moved through the region, but a third big storm -- the biggest of the three -- was moving in as of Saturday evening.
It was to bring more heavy rain to the Bay Area through Sunday.

With the region soaked from the two previous storms, CBS 5 chief meteorologist Paul Deano said the rain from the third storm may be just enough to push the water level in streams and creeks over their banks.
The National Weather Service issued Flood Warnings along the Russian River at Guerneville and the Napa River at Napa.
Forecasters also issued a flash flood watch for a wide area of Northern California through Sunday evening.
Besides the possibility of flooding, the latest storm is also expected to cause problems along the coast.
The NWS issued a high surf advisory, with swells expected to be 14 to 16 feet.
