The spa offers a "mink alternative" eyelash which is totally vegan. EpiZen advises that eyelash extensions will last up to two months with proper care and longer with touch-up services. Smooth Operations was founded by esthetician Melanie Kessler who saw a need to establish a salon specializing in waxing and hair removal services usually provided as an "after thought" at most salons. More recently, she has extended her services to include eyelash extensions by NovaLash, a leader in natural lash extensions. Melanie has many years of experience as an esthetician and has received special training from NovaLash to ensure an excellent application which will last up to two months. The initial application costs $160, and refills are $80 or $150 depending on the time spent (30 minutes or one hour).

Kirsten has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2005. They specialize in weddings and they are very popular and successful.
