News Anchors Make Bets On Sunday's San Francisco 49ers Game Vs. Green Bay Packers

SAN FRANCISCO & GREEN BAY (CBS SF) -- Dueling football teams mean dueling anchor teams as morning crews from KPIX 5 in San Francisco and Green Bay's Local 5 place bets on the outcome of Sunday's NFL play-off game between the 49ers and Packers.

KPIX 5's Frank Mallicoat and Michelle Griego would have to wear green and gold, and read pro-Packers game highlights, with a picture of Aaron Rodgers featuring a heart around it, if the 49ers were to lose.

When and if the 49ers win, however,  Green Bay's anchor team must go out into the Wisconsin cold wearing nothing but shorts, a t-shirt, and flip-flops, and pay homage to KPIX 5 morning meteorologist Lawrence Karnow, saying "We Love the Great Karnow," and "We Love the 49ers," and "The 49ers stole our hearts."

In the previous Packers loss, the Green Bay team sang a poor rendition of "I Left My Heart In San  Francisco."
