Narsai David Recipe: Some Wonderful Wines
2010 Peter Lehman Layers, Barossa Valley, Australia - An utterly fascinating aroma of many layers, hence the name. Fresh berries and a touch of citrus, with that touch of citrus following onto the palate with a mouthwatering, delicious flavor. Plenty of acid for balance, with a soft and creamy finish. Only 11.5% alcohol makes it a very pleasing, easy to drink wine. $17.00
2009 Benziger Paradiso de Maria, Sonoma Mountain sauvignon blanc - Marvelous aromas of citrus with delicate floral notes lead to a WOW! wine. Lots of rolling flavors onto the palate, and the richness of the aromas return each time you lift the glass to your mouth. Here is a sauvignon blanc with elegance and flavor that will surely stand up to something as rich as lobster, but utterly delicious enough to enjoy a glass on its own. $32.00
