Napa Man Arrested For Car Burglary, Vandalism
NAPA (CBS SF) -- A Napa man was arrested on Saturday morning after he allegedly broke into a car and knocked out several lights in an apartment complex, police said.
Officers responded to repots of a vehicle burglary near Cabot Way and South Jefferson Street about 2:40 a.m., according to Napa police.
Officers contacted 32-year-old Travis Thompson a few blocks away and found him in possession of property that had been stolen from the burglarized vehicle, police said.
Thompson was later identified as a suspect who used a fire extinguisher to break as many as 14 exterior lights at a nearby apartment complex, police said.
Thompson was arrested for burglary, vandalism, possession of stolen property and public intoxication.
