Motorcyclist Killed In Overnight Concord Crash
CONCORD (BCN) - An Oakley woman who was killed today after being ejected from her Harley-Davidson and hit by a Toyota Camry on state Highway 4 east of Concord has been identified by the California Highway Patrol as Nicina Acevedo.
The crash happened about 1:15 a.m. on Bailey Road along a section of eastbound Highway 4 that passes through unincorporated Contra Costa County, according to the CHP.
Acevedo, 25, was pronounced dead at 1:31 a.m. after attempts to administer CPR failed to revive her.
Highway 4 was closed for about two hours during the investigation.
