Motorcyclist Hurt In Hit-And-Run Crash On I-880 In Oakland
OAKLAND (CBS SF) -- All lanes of northbound Interstate Highway 880 in Oakland were reopened after a hit-and-run crash left a motorcyclist injured and blocked the roadway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash, involving a motorcycle and at least one car, was reported around 1:30 p.m. on northbound Highway 880 just south of the Broadway exit, the CHP is reporting.
The motorcyclist reportedly suffered major injuries in the crash, according to the CHP.
Three right lanes on the roadway were blocked for more than an hour, reopening a short time before 3 p.m.
