The CHP issued a Sigalert at about 6:54 a.m.
The extent of the motorcyclist's injuries and the number of vehicles involved in the collision has not been released.
Heavy traffic across the Bay Bridge is also the result of a two-hour BART train delay this morning that forced many commuters to drive to work instead of taking the train.
