Meteor Caught On Camera Exploding Over Skies Of Bangkok
BANGKOK, Thailand (CBS SF) -- A meteor was caught on camera exploding in the atmosphere over Bangkok, Thailand by several dashcams Monday.
The fireball could be seen in daylight when the meteor entered the Earth's atmosphere around 8:45 Bangkok time, Gizmodo reported.
A YouTube video shows various perspectives of the meteor breaking apart.
An object that appeared to be a meteor prompted calls to 9-1-1 when it streaked across the skies over the Bay Area last February.
