The blonde beauty will help promote special events for the legendary sports organization for the rest of the 2010-2011 season, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
It is part of a broader effort by the NFL to increase its appeal to women. Last month, the league launched a $10 million clothing and accessories marketing effort with television commercials and a new website at www.nfl.com/women.
One of Miller's first assignments as a "SuperFan" will be a trip to London, where she will promote an International Series game airing on CBS between the San Francisco 49ers and Denver Broncos on Oct. 31.
"I'm so excited to have this incredible opportunity to partner with the NFL," Miller, a longtime 49ers fan, said. "I've grown up watching football my whole life."
Miller, who has also partnered with Harley-Davidson and True Religion jeans, will appear in both print and commercial ads for the league.
