Man With Dog Robs San Francisco Good Samaritan Who Gave Him Money
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- Police were searching for a man with a dog who robbed a Good Samaritan at gunpoint moments after she offered him money.
It happened Wednesday around 7:20 p.m. on The Embarcadero, in San Francisco.
The 31-year-old woman said she saw the pair and offered the man cash to take care of his dog, according to police.
The man then lifted his shirt and revealed a gun. He told the woman to give him her ring, watch, and more money.
Police say the man appeared to be in his 30s.
The woman was not injured.
