Man Stabbed In Face During Richmond Home Invasion; 17-Yr-Old Jailed
RICHMOND (CBS SF) - A man is in stable condition after being stabbed in the face during a robbery at his home Monday night, Richmond police said.
A 17-year-old boy allegedly knocked on the door of the home in the 1300 block of Dunn Avenue at around 9:40 p.m., Lt. Shawn Pickett said.
When the victim answered the door, the boy allegedly barged into the man's home, demanded money, and stabbed him in the face, Pickett said.
The victim called the police and the boy was arrested while walking away from the man's home.
The boy was in custody as of 6:30 a.m. but further details of the investigation, including what was stolen in the robbery, were not immediately available.
