Man Shot Dead In Hayward; Witnesses Sought
HAYWARD (CBS/BCN) - Police are looking for leads in the shooting death of a man in Hayward late Tuesday night.
The victim, identified as 28-year-old Maurice Collins, was shot at about 11:40 p.m. in the area of Vanderbilt Street and Alquire Parkway, according to police.
No other details were available Wednesday morning.
Investigators were attempting to identify witnesses and urged anyone with information on the shooting to contact the Hayward Police Dept. at (510) 293-7000.
