Antioch Man Crashes New Harley-Davidson Into Neighbor's Home
ANTIOCH (CBS SF) -- A man was putting his new Harley-Davidson back into his garage when he lost control of the motorcycle and it slammed through the wall of a neighbor's home Saturday in Antioch, a Contra Costa County fire battalion chief said.
Fire officials received a report of the incident at 6:18 p.m. at 3928 Finch Drive, Battalion Chief Clive Savacool said.
The motorcycle was parked in front of the 41-year-old's home when he tried to take it into the garage, throttled the bike too much, lost control, and drove it through the wall of his neighbor's garage, according to police.
The man suffered lacerations, which did not appear to be life threatening, Lt. Pat Welch said.
