Man Charged With Fatally Shooting Rapper In Downtown Oakland
OAKLAND (CBS SF) -- A Richmond man has been charged with murder for the fatal shooting of a San Francisco rapper in downtown Oakland in April.
DL Raney, 21, was arrested in Richmond on Saturday afternoon for the death of Keith L. Head, whose rap name was K.O. Da Bandit, near the intersection of 13th Street and Broadway around 10:20 p.m. on April 23.
Bandit, who is being held without bail at the Santa Rita Jail in Dublin, also is charged with an enhancement clause of discharging a firearm causing death.
Authorities haven't disclosed the motive for the fatal shooting.
