Magnitude 6.6 Earthquake Strikes Taiwan
TAIWAN (CBS SF ) — The U.S. Geological Survey says a magnitude 6.6 earthquake has struck in Taiwan Sunday night.
The USGS says the quake's epicenter was located in the area of Hualian, Taiwan. The quake struck around 6:45 p.m. Pacific Sunday evening.
No tsunami warning was issued.
