Magnitude 3.5 Earthquake Hits Off NorCal Coast
FERNDALE (KCBS) -- A magnitude 3.5 earthquake struck in far Northern California Monday morning, the USGS reported.
The magnitude 3.5 quake struck off the coast, 17 miles west-southwest of Ferndale at 2:04 Monday morning.
The quake shook an active fault zone, where the Pacific Ocean plate bumps up against the continental United States.
