Driver Escapes Raging Limo Fire Near Solano County Fairgrounds
VALLEJO (CBS SF) - A limo was completely overtaken Friday morning, forcing the driver to make an escape and crews to scramble and put out the flames.
Black smoke was seen shooting into the air near the Solano County Fairgrounds just after 10:30 a.m.
The driver made it out alive. He says the engine was on fire, and when he raised the hood to try to put it out himself, the flames became too intense.
Fire crews were eventually able to knock down the flames, but not before extensive damage was done to the vehicle. Here's the video:
