Levi's Stadium Guide
Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara is the new home of the San Francisco 49ers, the third stadium in the team's history following Kezar Stadium and Candlestick Park. The stadium's ribbon-cutting was on July 17 and the first event was August 2nd. Levi's Stadium will host the 50th anniversary edition of the National Football League's premiere event, Super Bowl 50, on February 7, 2016.

The $1.2 billion stadium will showcase and integrate the technology for which the Silicon Valley is known, including a stadium-wide Wi-Fi network that will allow 68,500 fans to connect simultaneously and run apps, view streaming video and order food online. Another aspect of the stadium is it's environmentally-friendly features, such as a green rooftop on the tower of suites and and solar panels throughout the stadium site. GETTING THERE
Public Transit
Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority - VTA says it expects to carry over 10,000 people to each 49ers game with a combination of light rail and bus service, as well as promotion and utilization of VTA park and ride lots to encourage public transit use. Routes are scheduled daily to and from Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Milpitas, San Jose, Santa Clara, and Campbell. www.vta.org/lightrail
CalTrain - Offers service to Mountain View and transfer to VTA Light Rail which stops outside the stadium. A proposal would have CalTrain to serve the VTA Great America Station directly with special shuttle trains from San Jose to the stadium. Riders from San Francisco can transfer at Santa Clara Station for a short train ride. caltrain.com
Altamont Commuter Express Rail - ACE trains will stop alongside Levi's Stadium at Great America station off Stars and Stripes Drive. ACE trains run from Stockton and Lathrop towards San Jose. www.acerail.com
Amtrak Capitol Corridor - Serving fans traveling from the East Bay including Hayward, Fremont, Oakland, Richmond, Emeryville, and Martinez, Fairfield, and even as far away as Sacramento and Roseville. Trains stop just outside the stadium, although wheelchair and stroller access from Amtrak to the stadium is a bit challenging. www.capitolcorridor.org
Bay Area Rapid Transit - Fans can take a BART train to the Fremont station, and then take an express bus for a 16-mile trip to Levi's Stadium. www.bart.gov
Driving
Levi's Stadium is located at 4900 Marie P. DeBartolo Way, Santa Clara, just south of Tasman Dr. between Great America Parkway and Lafayette St. It is centered near several major highways and expressways including Highways 101, 237, 880, as well as the Lawrence Expressway and San Tomas Expressway.
PARKING / PREGAME
On 49ers game days, a number of pre-paid and cash lots will be available to fans that are within walking distance to the stadium. Tailgating will be prohibited at many, but not all of the parking lots. More information here. The 49ers and the city of Santa Clara have also rolled out a list of no-nos for fans attending events at Levi's Stadium.
TICKETS
The 49ers have announced variable pricing for single-game tickets for 2014 NFL games at Levi's Stadium. The team also announced prices for standing room-only tickets.

SUITE RENTALS
Luxury suites at Levi's Stadium include fully upholstered theater seating, multiple flat screen monitors and upscale catering. Those interested in renting a suite can call 415-GO-49ERS (464-9377).
FOOD
The 49ers say Levi's Stadium will feature the most locally-sourced products out of any sports venue in the country with 78% of all food suppliers within 150 miles.
Among the items fans will find aside from the traditional hot dogs and nachos are:
- Wood fired pizzas
- Angus burgers, ground daily in-house
- Oyster pan roast
- Barbecue jackfruit sandwich
- Steamed pork buns
- Lemon bars and red velvet cupcakes
Levi's stadium will also have the most vegan and vegetarian items of any NFL stadium, and at least one vegan item at every concession stand.
